Vodacom ********** Upgrades on Business account

In November 2017 I picked up that there was an unusual amount of deducted from our business account from Vodacom - this amount was apart from the debit order which is being deducted at the end of every month. After contacting Vodacom regarding this, they informed me that there was a new contract taken out on our companies name for a Galaxy Note 8, no one in the company authorized a new Contract. Once again in July, the same thing happened, there was an irregular amount deducte - again we contacted Vodacom, once again it was for a new contract, this time for an I-phone X. Vodacom at Flamwood Walk Klerksdorp assisted us to allocate the branch where both these contracts were made, it happned to be at Four Ways in Jhb, but the agent that did the contracts no longer work there. They did however issue us with the signed contract (that was signed the owner of the companies name, but it was not his signature at all) as well as a business letterhead (that did not even resemble our companies letterhead) as well as an ID document (once again, the owner of the companie's ID number but the picture was from a man nobody knows) We send all the relevant documentation through to ***** Disputes, it took two months to get those contract removed from our account, but we have not yet been refunded to date for the monthly cost for both these contracts. In September I opt to cancel one of our current contracts as it belonged to an employee which no longer worked at the company, just to be informed I cannot cancel this contract as it was upgraded, we never gave consent for this contract to be upgraded and suddenly a contract that use to be R500 p/month is now suddenly R1800 p/month, another contract we have, this one we just use as a sim-card a gate system also now suddenly cost us R 1700 p/month. We contacted Vodacom and were informed that both these contracts were upgraded, one for an I-phone X the other one to a Galaxy Note 9. Now we have to go through the whole process again, when will this end? Vodacom, I want to know what is going on?? Why does this keep happening?? When will we be refunded??
