vodacom ********** upgrade

someone went to the Wonderpark Vodacom shop and did an upgrade on my name. I don't know what documents they used, but it was done, I logged a complain with Vodacom, and they requested that I send to them an affidavit, ID copy and other supporting documents for my query. its been close to a month so far that I am being sent from pillar to post, getting a new service request number every second day. BUT my complain is not being resolved. I phoned the Wonderpark Vodacom shop where I am not assisted. it is sad now because my ITC record is being ruined because of their delay in sorting out their mess.
