Vodacom ********** sim swop

There has been a sim swop on my number without me knowing. I wake up one Saturday morning and boom, I see my service gone with a couple of sms saying your sim swop is done. Immediately ram off to banks to stop any transactions on my accounts. I finally went to a vodacom store (kenilworth) where by they were some what helpful. I proceeded to further investigation at home. After numerous emails and calls, finally I get one agent that seemed helpfu. This happened about a month ago. I was promised, that my airtime advance that was taken by the perpetrator will be refunded and that they will find out more as to how this type of thing happened. Today I am still waiting. People of SOUTH AFRICA, how safe are you on this network? Ask yourself that question? If someone can just take your cell phone number without you even authorising it. Dear Lord what next? Be careful a company as huge as vodacom can Comoros your safety.

Hi thanks for a response hopefully the consultant does call me I have been in contact with her and have her email however she stop responding.
Also the sun swap happened while I was sleeping. So no I am not that dumb to think vodacom would contact me in WhatsApp or anything. Please fix this as I cannot even make calls, due to the airtime advance of R300 was taken and used by the perpetrator. If nothing gets done today as I have been promised for weeks and weeks now that it would be resolved.
