Vodacom ********** SIM SWAP - LACK OF ANY COMPETANCE

Where do I begin? I am at a loss of words to try and WARN people from dealing with Africa’s claimed leading cell phone network provider. Their lack in simple common sense and dealing/solving problems are out of this world. No wonder we are classified as a 3rd world country, because we have market leaders like VODACOM that cannot even function in a market like this.
11 April 2017 my cell phone was **********ly sim swapped WITHIN THE RANKS OF VODACOM. The agent then to proceed with his associate to withdraw R22 000.00 from my bank account. This was done whilst I was working in Angola, with no cell phone reception. By doing this ******** act they have since blocked me from gaining access to my phone number!! So now I would need to pay for something that I couldn’t use???
Since coming home on the 28th of April 2017 I have spoken to 100s of incapable useless CUSTOMERCARE operators. Either they give me false info or they just transfer me to another operator. I eventually got in contact with an operator that tried to help me. She launched the investigation etc. etc. And since then there has been radio silence from her. 11 days and counting.
I have opened a ******** case against Vodacom (under Vodacom’s own instruction) in an effort to speed this up.
I have saved all corresponding emails and are awaiting the Telkom statement to show how many phone calls were made and time spend dealing with these uneducated, ex spur waiters that call themselves CUSTOMER CARE operators.
As you can see in the tone of my email I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!! Soon to be ex customer!!!!!!!!!
**** I HAVE PROOF FOR ALL ALOGATIONS MADE.
I am in current talks with media24 to submit my story along with many other customers that are in the same exact boat as myself. I am therefor planning on going down to a Vodacom head office, with a news reporter to find out from you guys how we can reactivate my phone number.
Reference number - 1- ********** **********
This review is an attempt at getting attention from Vodacom and strengthening the current ongoing ******** case to show the lack of competence within Vodacom.

Yea right. I have heard that a 100 times before. Your competent team will try and phone me on my BLOCKED NUMBER and tell me that they couldn't reach me.

I have no real reason to believe that Vodacom will sort it out this time around.

Email me and I will share my alt number with you.
