Vodacom ********** order.

I received a call from the Vodacom call centre by a Michael (User ID RAMBR001) on Monday 27.06.22 offering me a laptop. I mentioned on more than one occasion that I did NOT wish to initiate an order, but that he could mail details of the offer to me. Immediately after the call ended I received SMS notification that the order has been processed and is out for delivery. Besides the fact that this has cost me valuable time and money, I believe that this is a ********** business practice. I spoke to Nokukhanya at customer care who committed to reporting the matter to management - this did not happen. I also mailed *** to cancel the order and have not received a response. RAM couriers contacted me this morning to find out if I was at home to take collection of the order. Order number K***. DO NOT RESPOND TO VODACOM'S TELEMARKETERS !!! After many years as a Vodacom client, I will definitely be moving to an alternative service provider.
