Vodacom - ********** deal

Once again Vodacom accuse me of false debt. Now I am starting to receive threatening sms due to their incompetency. Around July 2019 a consultant contacted me with a deal that if I accept the deal of a simcard with monthly data and keep the payment of 199 p/m for 3 months I automatically qualify for a new cellphone. I have waiting and they attended to the debit order for 3 months succesfully. After I went to the Vodacom store in Nelspruit Riverside and explained the deal they sold me telepathically. They said I do not qualify at all for the cellphone and the deal is not correct. If I want a new cellphone I have to apply for another simcard on top of what the consultant sold me and it will have an extra amount as well with the 199 pm. As this is false advertising and now Vodacom accuse me of false indebtedness to them. This is not the first time that *****. For me it's the second time. If they do not stop harnessing me due to their incompetence and false advertising, I will report this incident to the relevant authorities/ Ombudsmen. Get your business in order and stop making ********** deals. Kind regards
