Vodacom ********** Billing!!

Vodacom continues to disappoint!! Terrible customer service! Keep on promising to resolve the issues, but never resolved!! ********** billing has been going on, since the upgrade 3 months ago, and Vodacom call centre/ customer service keeps on promising to resolve the issues, but nothing ever happens!! When you try and phone, no one knows what they are doing!!, they just keep on shifting you from department to department!! Please help!! or cancel the line!!
