vodacom ********** and not helpful

I had a data contract with vodacom when it expired they **********ly upgraded. I have been going to the vodacom store with the documents requested with no help. Even vodacom helpline is not helpful. I can't even buy what I want now because they say my account is in arrears as I reversed their debit order.
