vodacom *****ulantly steels my contract data time

After a lengthily waste of time on the customer care (extreme background noise), no response after 24hrs. I went to Vodacom The Glen, where I had signed a renewed 2 year Wi-Fi data contract in may 2015. My debit has always been (paid) on 10th of each month for past 2 years. 1 June 2015 I received my data as i have over the past twenty five months. July there is no data. Glen branch (very helpful) called accounts dept (Spoke to Innocent). He said the data had been loaded around 3:45am on the 1 July 2015. The Glen branch showed my June carry-over only, and said that if my new data had been loaded it would have reflected on their system, which it does not.<br> Vodacom online + Wi-Fi shows progressive volume usage over years. Mine has been 49. something for last week of June (or longer) I have snapshots of almost every day usage, Wi-Fi is still on 49.21. So Vodacom, what have you done with my data and why no follow? It would seem you are in breach of contract. I paid you for something you have not delivered and it is YOUR responsibility (and cost/time/itemized billing) to prove me wrong. I work with legal cases online, I need my data, Whats so difficult?
