Vodacom *****uent contracts

My Business started receiving debits from Vodacom since September 2020 where I do not have any contracts with them. Managed to reverse debit orders for two months then the debit orders stopped. Following month I received a call from Vodacoms lawyers stating I owed them R74000.00 for unpaid debit orders. I contacted Vodacom immediately after I reversed the debit order the first time to try resolve the matter as I suspected somebody opened a ********** account in my businesses name. I requested any documentation claiming that I did take out a contract. The lawyers sent me a statement with the wrong company details. They are now threatening to blacklist me. I have communicated with them on a weekly basis to try and arrange a meeting as I would like to hand over my ID and signatures face to face as they can't guarantee me that the ***** is not internal.

Can we arrange for me to drop off these documents personally and Vodacom give me a copy of the contract in order to protect myself from possible internal ***** and manipulation of my contact?
