Vodacom **********

I hope this is the right platform to lay a complaint against vodacom contract services, which they have been milking out money from me even though am no longer on their network... Nothing of my concerns a more I went to their Shops in witbank last year can't remember the dates, paid it up... They then assured me it's paid off and canceled, suddenly last year late same story... I even called the customer care number, they confirmed it telephonically that it's cancelled but they didn't send me any proof of payment, I kept calling with no luck.... Sometime this year they started calling again, claiming I outstanded on payment.. The poor service given to customers when they complained and keeps not removing your name off their contracts and milking out money.... It's madness 🥵🥵

Today, this morning got a call from this number +***8... Said he's name is Victor from Vodacom, I immediately went straight to the point that I don't want their calls, and given bim my reasons and how poor and pathetic their service was coz it's been 2years am not on vodacom but they keep harassing me, keep *****ing but never do they remove my name from their contacts as they claim to have done and keeps on bothering me about payments to them.... Am tired of being *****ed by Vodacom from hell, poor and unprofessional they are.

Please assist.
