VODACOM *****S

Vodacom is currently trying to **** me and make me pay for a laptop they collected from me because it was not working. Early Jan of 2021 I received a call from a lady by the name of Mariam who informed me that my 2 cellphone contract is coming to an end and that I qualify for an upgrade. I opted for a laptop and all arrangements were done on the phone to deliver. When I received the laptop it was not working so I reported it within the "7 cooling days " they(Vodacom) advised me on for a cancellation which they accepted the cancellation. They took months to collect the Laptop until I called to remind them again on the 29/04/2021 at 9:15am and I spoke to Minah Temane from Vodacom. The laptop was finally collected back after a month or so. I received a message from lawyers in September claiming that I owe VODACOM R12000 and when I inquired they said its for the laptop. I called VODACOM and spoke to Milicent on the 29/09/2021 at 11:27am and She said she can see the cancellation from the computer and does not know why I`m charged but will inquire and call me back. On the 14th October 2021 I received a call from Thabo from Afrizon who as per his explanation promote and sell products for VODACOM. He confirmed that my order was cancelled apon receiving the laptop and that I should not be billed . He said he is going to call customer service and comeback to me which he never did. On the 30th November 2021I called VODACOM again and spoke to lady called Patricia Phakwane who promised to escalate the matter and ask her supervisor to contact me which has not materialized to date!!!! I went to VODACOM store on the 22 of December 2021 to apply for a cellphone contract and I found that they black listed me for owing g them which I do not.

Please help me because VODACOM IS TRYING TO distort me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
