Vodacom *****s

Hi everyone, I first gave this company the opportunity to fix the issue but this is not on, now we are constantly coaxed into loyalty programs and they make it very attractive, VODACOM is a big player in this or should I rather say a *****, have especially their supposed summer shake promo, so they coax you into a loyalty program with prizes for Airtime bought you can claim certain prizes but they either sell you on a prize that when redeemed the partner tells you it is in fact not valid ( this happened to me 3 times with Uber), when you ask Vodacom they can't help you have to deal with that partner, what a joke right.. Basically The con is to get you to buy air time to claim prizes and then they not valid with the supplier, it is embarrassing when you try claim the voucher code, they are misrepresented in what they promise to make you buy their airtime... ***** is a word that springs to mind but hey you got your airtime with lies
