Vodacom *****elent SIM Swapping led to ******* access and depletion of my bank accounts.

For two consecutive months at around the 3rd of each month an ******* sim swap was attempted. We were fortunate enough to stop and cancel the sim swap in time each month as it happened during office hours. We did not need a sim swap at all. The third time, the ******* sim swap was done after hours and it was not able to be stopped in time, which resulted in the ******* transfer of funds from my ABSA bank accounts. This happened after we informed Vodacom of the sim swap that we did not need or ask for. We we were assured that the account was blocked and closed. We have now been victim to online theft where the syndicate had access to all of my ABSA accounts and have cleaned out all of the funds in all of my accounts. This is unacceptable and I want this matter addressed as a matter of urgency as my accounts are completely depleted. How is this even possible after VODACOM ensured us that the account was blocked. VODACOM have zero interest in assisting us.
