Vodacom *****....upgrade contract without my KNOWLEDGE to an IMPOSTER

During October 2016 an upgrade was done in my name with a false identity and approved on my contract without my concern. I am loyal client of Vodacom since 2003 and never had hassles before, but now this all turned upside down due to the mere fact that an imposture can receive an upgrade in my name with a falsified ID (after you RICA with Vodacom who takes a scanned copy of your ID and should be on ALERT of things like this) - then I wonder how can this happen?

After investigation by myself and a certain Vodacom branch we found that my ID was replicated by an imposter where I immediately made a case at the Police Department as per Vodacom's suggestion and this would have been sorted within a couple of days according to the Vodacom person who I dealt with. This is now eight months later and every time another excuse offered by Vodacom, but in the meantime I am the innocent party who gets victimised by ignorance and a bill to pay and a service that is suspended pending investigation.

I do not think this is fair at all towards any innocent party and the treatment and ignorance received thus far and therefore I require the assistance of a Senior Vodacom Director to assist me with this matter. I will forward all the relevant documentation that was already submitted to Vodacom if I can deal with top management since this looks like the only way to solve such a problem
