Vodacom ***** & theft.

I've been fighting since March 2022 to get my number changed into my name, after my husband died. Physically gave them all necessary documents & paid for them to open an account in my name with my transferred cell number. Despite physically providing all their required original documents, my late husband's account has not been cancelled causing my cell number to be discontinued just before Christmas. I've therefore been forced to purchase a prepaid card. Yet more money paid to Vodacom, who still will not acknowledge that I provided then with everything, plus paying extra. In April 2022, Alton at Northgate Mall confirmed that all had been done. What a lie & they still have my money, which they can't find. How is that Billing even confirmed my new account - yet it doesn't exist in their records.

Why don't I trust yet another 'standard response'? Vodacom surprise me!!! Nobody has ever contacted me regarding my previous post on this same subject.

Big deal! Mahali did phone me & requested I sent him all document copies, which took 4 separate email replies, due to size of attachments. All sent 30 January 2023, with no acknowledgement or reply. Since then, I've repeatedly asked for a response but have been totally ignored. He gave me a reference EC-1LNW-28J1J0 which is obviously Vodacom's way of fobbing me off and ensuring they keep all the payments I made to have my number transferred into my name. PURE THEFT & DISINTEREST IN CUSTOMERS.
