Vodacom ***** reported and vodacom is not helping

I had 2 contracts taken **********ly under my name and one of my contracts **********ly upgraded. I contacted vodacom to report and request the handsets to be blacklisted. A month later I had not even gotten an acknowledgement of my emails to their ***** analysis department. I emailed affidavits, certified ID copies but no response. I called the call centre and they said no one had logged my issue in their system. I asked them to then log it, I have not gotten a response till this day but vodacom is deducting +-R4000 from my account, causing a lot of inconvenience. Someone please help

Vodacom contacted me shortly after this and told me they are investigating and the case would be resolved after 7-14 days. Theuy asked me to email the documents that I had already emailed a million times and I did. I emailed to a guy by the name of Dane Larson. There was no ackowledgement of the documents. I called the call centre, I was put on hold for almost an hour only to be told they have 'escalated the matter to forensics department), I've heard this escalation story a billion times already, everytime I call the call centre, I get told the same think. I contacted Dane Larson asking for feedback but got a cold silent treatment. Deducting +-R4000 from someon's account is not acceptable as this cause a lot of inconvenience with debit orders bouncing and having to make ends meet each month. Vodacom, can you do a reoutable thing and trat your customers with care and dignity.........your customer service is totally not acceptable.
