Vodacom ***** on Account

I have been a loyal Vodacom Customer since 2000. In my 23 years as a customer, I haven't once moved over to another service provider. When I canceled one of my five contracts after the contract term came to end I spoke to Vodacom's retention department and on 2 of my other contracts, I was given rates and VAS products that only the retention department could give. On multiple occasions, I was contacted by Vodacom and or the 3rd party they use for upgrades and on each and every call I clearly stated that my contracts should not be touched and or amended or upgraded. This morning I checked if everything is in place and on one of the contracts which my wife uses to found out that the contract was amended/upgraded on the 13th of January 2023 without my consent. ***** was committed on my account. Till this morning the contract was still as per the previous contracts. Now my wife returns to South Africa with an amended contract and zero data which means I cannot track her movement which I also do to ensure she is safe and on route as per our planning. Not only did Vodacom commit ***** but they now also have endangered the security of my wife. Vodacom claims this will be investigated and can take up to 5 days under investigation number RCO359436. The severity of ***** nor the security of a long-standing client they apparently do not care for. I am appalled by their lack of commitment to rectifying the situation immediately.
