Vodacom ***** must stop!!!

Vodacom is **********!!!! I read throught all the comments and reviews of Vodacom and are horrified on how they treat there customers and how ***** takes place so easy. And this ***** is from within vodacom. I have also been on the phone with vodacom for the last month for endless hours. Started with early cancellations on 3 of my lines and 1 line I paid up the devices that they messed up with, from there it was I was more than R5000 in credit that vodacom owes me money, to me owing them more than R14 000, and then again vodacom owing me R9500 that I was over charged for my line that I paid up the devices. So very excited to hear this the consultant going by the log in name at vodacom "pillay" offers me a special. Firstly a R800 gift voucher for the inconvience that I suffered that I can use anywhere, discount on one of my other lines for being such a good customer for years and then to reactivate the cancelled numbers at R59 pm for 10Gig data, so my contract with vodacom will be cheaper and I will get more. I specifically asked if I would be able to transfer the data from those packages to my other phone numbers, whereby he say's yes, I can just call customer service to activate the service. Then they will pay me R8000 back into my account which is owed by vodacom to me. So I am a happy customer, problems solved, vodacom is going to pay my money back and I get a gift voucher of R800 and I get more data that I can transfer to my other lines. So I phone customer care the next day to activate the services to transfer my data, whereby they inform me that it is not possible to do it due to the type of contracts. So I immediaty phone this "pillay" guy again, which I then could not get hold of again. Spoke to another agent and tolx the agent to cancel all those contracts because I will be paying for something that I can not use. So off I go lines cancelled as requested. Then I tried to take out another laptop contract with vodacom, but it gets declined. So I go in on my ITC report and see that vodacom has listed me on ITC, to my shock, so now I start phoning vodacom again. So now they tell me that I owe them over R14 000, I get sent for one division to another, hours on the phone. Eventually I receive a email from a Sue at vodacom saying that they have been trying to get hold of me on all my cellphone lines, but it goes to voice mail, but I do not have any missed calls from vodacom. So the next day I start phoning again to get hold of the Sue, nobody knows who she is or in which department she works. After phoning diffrent numbers, I eventually get throught to someone that knows her, and that he will contact her to contact me. So yes, here we go...Sue phones me....so she starts to go throught me with my account and why I owe so much money to vodacom. Just to find out that this "pillay" consultant did not open data contracts of R59 on my account, but he opened 3 accounts, one for R220 with a router on the contract, second one for R919 with a Samsung S20 on and the the third contract for R407 with a HP laptop on.....of which I have not received any of the added devices and me being listed on ITC for owing vodacom R9000. Hours and hours later with vodacom on the phone, I still owe them R8000 after they told me that I am not owing them anything. How many customers has vodacom de*****ed? And what are we as customers doing to stop vodacom from doing this? I want to take this case further.....to the media, carte blanche and social media but I need other customers that went throught the same or is still going throught this to get into contact with me, via email: telling me your story so that we can have a strong case against vodacom and put a stop to this ***** and exploitation of customers.....they are making millions and we will need everybody to come together. My email address is: *** If there is anybody else from the media or legal representatives that can assist, pro rata, please contact me
