VODACOM ***** INVESTIGATORS NOT DOING THEIR JOB

"Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1RVX-2CEKTJ has been closed. Thank you Vodacom." Received on the 02 Feb 2019. Today I get a call that I am about R2k in arrears. WHAT WAS CLOSED? I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM, I ONLY HAVE A PREPAID. DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. It's not nice to be a victim twice, and no one attends to your case. I have sent the documents again and again, but when feedback has to be given no one does it. Are people not doing the jobs they are getting paid for or this is how Vodacom operates. I have not received a call saying we have your documents, asking about the so called number this account is for. I will not pay money for something I did not use. SOMEBODY HELP. I WILL CONTINUE TO CRY. WHAT NUMBER MUST I CALL TO GET FEEDBACK SOMETHING
