Vodacom ***** division
I was a victim of identity theft and had to go through the entire admin process to close off all accounts opened using my ID, of which Vodacom is one of them.
I submitted everything to their ***** division last week and made sure that they had everything they requested in order to expedite the whole process.
I woke up this morning and found debit orders from Vodacom.
Doesnt it make more sense to hold off debit orders until you finish the investigation? Now i am a few hundreds short and I know that they will drag their feet with the investigation.
This is unacceptable
