Vodacom ***** Dispute - A waste of time

In January 2019, I found out that someone upgraded one of my phones and opened a new line at Vodacom and provided a ********** ID document on the 22 of Dec 2018. I queried this with Vodacom and was advised to provide documentation(ID signed 3 times and Affidavit) to ***** disputes which i did on the 14th of January. I then received an email with reference and it was stated that the issue will be resolved in 7-14 working days. I received no communication nonwhatsoever from Vodacom and tried multiple times to contact the ***** Disputes department but the phone calls were not going through, nothing. Call center could not assist either, they could only tell me that the case has been opened but they haven't received any status on the system. 3 weeks later I check on my Vodacom account online and I could see that the same phone is now due for upgrade again. Called vodacom and they advised that the issue is resolved. But my invoices are still reflecting the addition line and nothing was done about this. My account is in arrears and I have called Vodacom disputes, God Knows how many times but I am being told that the issue has been logged again and the Investigator hasn't looked at it. This happened when I specifically mentioned on the Affidavit that another line was opened. It's been 4 months already and my issue is still not resolved. I had stopped all the debit orders as I did not want to pay for the phone i do not know of, but my bill. Instead, Vodacom decided to reinstate the debit order without my consent. The contract for the phone in question ends this month and I cannot even cancel it as I'm being told this will only be done once the matter has been resolved. This is long overdue and my account is now in default as if I do not pay my dues. And the run around is just frustrating, noone seems to have an answer at Vodacom!!!!
