Vodacom ***** contract
Vodacom opened a cellphone contract without my knowledge. I never phoned Vodacom and I never received any call from Vodacom call Centre and I'm not even using Vodacom network. All my personal details are on their system -ID number, bank account and home address. I received a delivery package at home from Sky Net (24-03-23) around 17:30 with my details on it and there is a cellphone and sim card inside. The Vodacom tax invoice has my full profile and this is a bridge of POPIA act for someone or a company to my personal information it without your consent. I'm now wasting my own personal airtime to phone Vodacom to log this query. I'm very disappointed with Vodacom

Dont you think the recoding of the sale must be viewed and be listen to first as well as the Call Centre agent before i can go make an affidavit, the recoding of the sale will provide all the details as well as myself confirming all my details. Who is going to carry the cost of me phoning and reporting as well as the cost of going to police station to make an affidavit. My suggestion would be recoding of the sale 1st
