Vodacom ***** continues...unashamedly!!!

Vodacom has given you R150 Bonus Airtime to use for 1 day if you recharge with R15 today. T&Cs apply... Like before, this is the "gift" I received from vodacom today...as before-i have purchased the required (R15) airtime to recharge...as before-i have queried with the call center as to why no R150 gifted airtime has been loaded...as before, I am told (That they do not know why)...how many more hassles will I have with your network?!

Official private business reply Good day We regret taking note of your experience. Our records reflect that you were contacted and advised regarding this service. We additionally loaded the airtime in question. An additional R55 will be loaded which you can be able to use until depleted. We once again apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regards Moddy Wow! Only Vodacom can magically make R150 gift airtime into R55...and expect customers to smile and be thankful for it...i was never contacted indicating exactly why I am unable to receive that which is due to me...GIVE ME THE R150 AIRTIME WHICH IS DUE TO ME!

I received R55 AIRTIME, NOT as additional...but as the ONLY airtime...when will I receive what is due to me?
