Vodacom ***** case EC-17MC-32ZFQB

A few moths ago I took out a vodacom data contract for R499 a month top up at Upington Vodacom at the Kalahari Mall.Everything went fine until 2 months ago my debit order went of for R3077. I immediately called Vodacom call enter to asked why the debit order is R3077 and not R499. They then informed me that it was a contract taken out by me about 2 weeks prior online. I then told them that I never took out any other contract than the R499 one and that it was not mine. They could not give me any info to who it was where it was taken out and what was taken. They put me through to the ***** department but no one could assist me because their systems where down, they took my details and said they would call me back. they NEVER called back. I then called my vodacom dealer in Upington where I took out my R499 contract and all they found out was that it was a IPhone Pro Max that taken out online and was delivered in Gauteng. The dealer said they would handle it for me and logged a ***** case and asked me to get a police affidavit stating my case, which I did. It has been almost 2 months now and I still have no answer, I have send multiple emails and have only received one email back from the ***** department on the 30th of June 2021, a month after the case was logged, stating that they received my documents. Due to the debit order I had to reverse 2 times now, they have suspended my R499 data contract. My credit record is looking bad now, I have no WiFi and I still have this contract on my name where someone **********ly took my details, ****d my signature and mislead my bank. How on earth can one company be so careless with one’s personal details, their system so ******* and have NO service whatsoever.
