Vodacom *****

I was the victim of RICA *****. Someone used my details to register a Sim card in my name and used it for nefarious purposes. Vodacom insists that it is impossible for someone else to have done so. I have asked for proof that my identity document and proof of address/utility bill as well as location that the RiCA was done at and they have not been forthcoming.
