Vodacom ***** as per Harmful Business Practices Act. Seriously *** !!! ???

Vodacom keeps on sending me messages that my Data has expired when it HAS NOT. They are De*****ing Millions of Unsuspecting Customers by sending these messages, and having them Unnecessarily Buy More Data.

Maybe Vodacom's Legal Department should start studying The Harmful Business Practices Act (as Amended).

When I complained, THIS is the Response I got:

"Dear Customer, kindly be advised that the SMS notification is a courtesy message. Please note that Vodacom cannot be held liable for the non delivery / delivery of these messages and the onus remains with you as the user to check remaining data. Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care" Yamkelwa Panca

In response, I hereby publish this Courtesy Message, that according to Vodacom, I can not be held liable for; to tell you that Vodacom Takes Great PRIDE in it's Ability to Bull**** and De***** it's Customers of MILLIONS of Rands.
