VODACOM *****

I had recently requested a full investigation to be conducted on my Vodacom accounts where on two seperate contracts I have with them. The first contract was cancelled by me along with the insurance for the device, yet R214,87 continued to be deducted outside of my knowledge FROM 2013 TO DATE. The second case, a device of mine upgraded outside of my knowledge and without me ever having requested for an upgrade.

After finding all of this out, I took it upon myself to fix all of this ********** activity that has been taking place in my accounts.

Yet in true Vodacom fashion, I have visited numerous branches, called in no less than 40 times and STILL no one can put me through to the ***** department. The ***** department call lines both seem to be unreachable, neither by me nor the call centre agents. Which is incredibly appalling if you ask me! Where am I meant to look to for assistance if the assistant staff cannot help me? Please help me reach the ***** department as Vodacom seems to be owe me thousands of rands due to the ********** activity that was done by VODACOM STAFF. Not by me! I DEMAND TO BE REFUNDED ALL OF MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN FROM ACCOUNTS THAT WERE TAMPERED WITH OUTSIDE OF MY KNOWLEDGE

Reviewer Update
After the appalling service I've encountered dealing with a matter that wasn't even of my own doing, I ask that whoever is going to call me, knows to have done their homework on my case, at the VERY LEAST. Vodacom will most certainly be at the very bottom of my recommendation lists even after this matter is resolved, which it WILL be for as long as I'm still alive.
We, as consumers entrust large corporations like Vodacom with our personal details, only for the employees to do as they please with our hard earned money! To top it all off, I, the very same de*****ed consumer need to turn shape shift into a private investigator to solve such matters because the corporation cannot even track down which store the upgrades were done at, let alone track who the responsible ********* is!? I demand answers and ALL of my unknowingly paid money. Clearly our loyalty to Vodacom proves to seem more like a landmine!
