Vodacom *****

Hallo Vodacom I asked vodacom to change the number on my phone contract last year, as I had a stalker that threatened my life, and I was attempting to get away from him. Vodacom flat out refused. So, I asked whether they would stop the contract, to which they rep****, yes they will, if you pay R22,000. Ok, I didn't have that. So, I asked them to stop the contract, but I will continue to pay until the contract ends, and I switched to a pay as you go So, I continued to pay until the end of contract, which was end of September 2019. I called, because Vodacom, does not allow you to email them anymore, and asked to end the contract. As I finished paying the contract, I was assured, the contract now ended. So, come October 2019, money was deducted from my account. Now, bear in mind, at this time I am not employed anymore, as I physically fled from my stalker, that threatened my life. So, I call Vodacom, yet again, the third time now, to stop the contract, which I am assured, is stopped. The very kind lady on the other side, offers me a top up deal, which I decline, as I am not employed anymore, and I cannot pay for. Responsible, yes? Ok, so, come November.......Vodacom deducts a HUGE amount of money from my account. So, I go into Vodacom at Clearwater Mall, who REFUSED to help me. They cannot stop an account. On their system, it shows I migrated to another contract. Which is ridiculous, the problem is, you can ONLY PHONE Vodacom, you have ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF that you did, although they record all phone call te hold against you, the consumer.

Can they actually move you to another contract without your consent? Apparently so. So, I probably now will have to employ a lawyer......a free one since I am not employed.....
