Vodacom *****
I had a vodacom contract and it ended, I couldn't close it with cellsure and early 2020 there was ***** that happen with my account, 3 phones taken under my vodacom account that was later proven that it was *****, and they said my vodacom account was now closed. To my shock and surprise I find myself at credit bureau taken by vodacom. I phoned vodacom to remove my name from credit bureau and they gave me an email address to send my request at and a reference number. And they said someone will call me back, until today I had no call from vodacom. Please help.

26 May 2022, 06:36I'm still waiting for vodacom to get back to me, since someone phoned me on the 24th May and said he will phone me after talking to legal department, until now I'm still waiting. And I need them to provide me with clearance letter to show that they have lifted me from credit bureau.
