Vodacom *****

Vodacom is the ****test cellphone company that we have ever had to deal with. Last year someone at Vodacom opened a ***** account on my husband's name (months after he closed our account with them). We got threatened to pay the outstanding money of this ***** account and after all the fighting with Vodacom we are still struggling to clear my husband's credit score! Vodacom ruins innocent peoples lives! We wanted to a apply for a home loan to buy a house only to find out that we can't get one because on the credit system it shows my husband owes Vodacom money. Thank you Vodacom for skewing us over! Thank you for ruining our chances at getting our new home! Thank you for allowing ***** to take place in your business! Thank you for your useless services... And absolutely PATHETIC customer services!

My advice to everyone is STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM VODACOM! If they can't ***** your money they will make sure to ruin your life! Their customer service is useless and their promises to fix their faults are empty.
