Vodacom *****
On the 18th of November, Vodacom blocked my mobile, without advising me. 2 days later I was advised by a friend that he was unable to contact me on my mobile. I contacted the Vodacom service desk and they unblocked me. I then noted that my account has jumped from R518.00 to R9,837.00!! I tried to contact them on 27 November, only to be advised by a recorded voice response that they are too busy to sort out Black Friday issues to assist me then.
