Vodacom *****
I phoned vodacom and spoke to Phindile Nkabinde last week to report the ********** accounts numbers linked to my profile.
She made me wait for an hour while she claimed she was looking for a manager or supervisor. She later claimed and said there were no superiors available. Bills/statements are being generated and sent to my gmail account from these ********** accounts appearing in my profile. I was subsequently assisted by Cedric who indicated I needed to do an affidavit. I obtained an affidavit and sent it to ***. This email has since bounced back. I want vodacom to know I plan to take them to court for this as this ***** is affecting my credit rating. My number is ***

09 Sept 2019, 14:45Eventually I was able to send Vodacom an email on their ***** disputes address in August. No one has contacted me. My account is in arrears every month because of usage from the ********** accounts.
