Vodacom *****

Vodacom *****!!! Firstly, their ***** department is beyond useless!!! Why even bother having the department if they can't do their jobs! Secondly, how do they allow their own staff to open ********** accounts on other people's names???? A friendly warning to anyone opening accounts at Vodacom... Don't be surprised if you suddenly find yourself paying for something you never even opened at Vodacom. My husband found out that SOMEONE at Vodacom (not an idiot stranger off the street!) opened an account on his name. Funny thing is this ********** account was opened at a big branch up in Johannesburg, but we live in Somerset West in the Western Cape! We haven't been in Johannesburg in the last year so how did this account suddenly appear on my husband's name??? Despite months of numerous phone calls, emails, police affidavits and personally going in to Vodacom to report the ***** this ********** account is still open!!!!! How useless can you get Vodacom??? We get harrased with phone calls from Vodacom EVERY day about the outstanding balance on this ********** account... Sometimes twice a day! Now we get threatened with emails to bully us into paying the outstanding balance of over R3000! To potential future Vodacom customers... Do yourself a favout STAY AWAY from Vodacom or risk getting stuck in a nightmare like this. Vodacom doesn't care about their customers... They just want MONEY, even if it means bullying innocent victims for it. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER open a Vodacom account. Not even if they are the cheapest provider. I've lost my trust in them for good.
