When is the government going to stop Vodacom's ******* practices. I signed a contract for R389.00 VAT INCL – in other words Vodacom bearing in mind that The 15 % vat increase took place from 1 April in my mathematics the premium now must be – R392.41 incl of vat .389.00 x 100/114=341.23---then 341.23 x 15%= R392.41 this month they deduct R447.35 ?? my app shows amount of R384 - they just do as they please without noticing you. Never the less I also have a phone which does not work properly from day one -- never is a long time but I will never never ever took out 'n vodacom contract again .
