Vodacom *****

My account was **********LY debited for a service I have not received.

A couple of weeks ago after porting from Cell c I took out a new contact with Vodacom, upon receiving the device I realized it was not on the package I selected. I then had the device returned where I was kept in Limbo for 2-3 weeks of not receiving feedback from anyone. I then decided to do follow ups on my own. I spoke to 5 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS and my query was not resolved, after being told by one of the ******** consultants that a return was the easiest option I highly doubt it was considering THIS IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AND TOP OF IT I'M TOLD MY SERVICE IS SUSPENDED. I would never have known this if I did not try to make an outgoing call upon waiting to receive another important phone call. This is not the service I've expected to receive from Vodacom. I cant begin to understand how something like this even happens. How the **** do you debit someone's account for a service that was not received and then suspend a service, someone needs to be held liable for this and if people needs to start losing their jobs then so be it. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I've been nice enough calling in everyday. My time and my money is being wasted. I've been inconvenienced further now over a ******* weekend. Something needs to be done. I will sue Vodacom as an organization because this is *****. Neither of the below people were able to assist me. Semeera Chetty outbound "Manager" in the Online department. Lungile Ndwandwe who I initially spoke to about the contract. Rashaad Amil who I'm told is a team-leader but has not done anything to make this a pleasant experience for me either.

I've just gotten off a call with Kelly Phillips who i'm told is sales manager in Online department. Who at least tried to assist me.

I will be seeking legal advice in this regard.
