VODACOM *****
Good morning I am Mr Sydney ES Zuma writing to you because a ***** has been done on my ********** 129 at 13:14 Friday 02/03/2018 number which was initiated swim swap by Anele from Vodacom Empangeni . I called the call centre and they advised that it was done at store and I will have to go to store. I went to the store and stopped it. The person that said it has been stopped who assisted me was Cloe. an hour later I received an sms on my ********** 593 number saying the sim swap on the 066 has been complete.
The reason I am deciding to take legal action against vodacom is: 1. I locked both my SIM card and they had told me that the only way to do a sim swap was when I go to the store personally, present my ID and a letter that says I am requesting a sim swap 2. It has caused me a lot of inconvenience to go up and down only to find out that what I had requested is not done. 3. The person that did the sim swap on my behalf did not show any remorse. 4. I had to come back from Nongoma to EMpangeni to fix this error that was done by Vodacom. 5. I have been blocked to access important information on my phone
Thank you
Loyal Vodacom customer SES Zuma
