Vodacom *****
During the transition period between Nashua and Vodacom I received a call from a call center agent identifying himself from Vodacom. He explained the transition and at the same time an offer to extend my contract to a RED package which will include a new phone. The phone was never delivered, however I am paying for the new contract! I have tried on numerous occasions to discuss the matter with Vodacom and they simply refer me back to Nashua. The Nashua numbers does not exist!! My husband had exactly the same incident but was lucky as MTN DID provide him with his new phone when they went through the same transitioning. This is *****, I signed nothing, received nothing, yet paying for a new contract!! Service is non existent despite that I have been a customer for years.
