Vodacom *****

On the 17th of January I woke up to a debit order amount of R264 from Vodacom for a new data sim. I had a Vodacom contract 4 years ago that I settled and paid off. After the debit order I received a email stating what the contract entails and the data I will be receiving every month. To my complete shock and confusion I then went to Vodacom Southgate and asked what was going on. I spoke to a very unhelpful assistant that told me the account was opened at the Glen I store. I asked him so what do I do now, he says well mam you need to bring a affidavit to the store but I do not know how long this will take alternatively go to the Glen and speak to the manager and report the person because this seems like a inside job. The consultant that opened the account is Dlamini. Very annoyed by the unhelpful service I went to the Glen iStore. Spoke to the manager Bongani and he told me it was a error on the Vodacom system and I am not the only customer this has happened to. He took my details and told me the ***** department will be in touch. 3 days later I recieved a email from Vodacom ***** disputes. I was asked for a copy of my ID, a affidavit and a form I had to complete as well as a bank statement from the bank showing the debit order. I have submitted all my documents and I have received no communication. I called Vodacom and I was told it takes 7 to 14 working day's. To which I asked so does that mean until such time the ***** department cannot even communicate. Not even a email or call to say thank you we have recieved the documents or anything, not to forget that this is a discrepancy on the part but yet I am the Person following up and having to run around for documents and affidavits from the police station. Then on the 23 Rd of January 2023 again I woke up to another debit order from Vodacom for the amount of R384 for the same contract. My own personal Debit orders that I signed for and agreed to have not even gone off yet but twice in one month I get 2 debit orders from Vodacom without my knowledge or permission. Today is the 1 St of February 2023 and I still have no communication from Vodacom, their ***** department or anything but they took my money. I am so angry I do not know what to do anymore because Vodacom refuses to communicate you go into the store they know nothing you call the call centre they also cannot help. So what am I supposed to do now

Why did I have to go to social media first before Vodacom decided to get back to me.
Is that customer service?
Also now you say the account is closed I need proof of that before another debit order goes out. How can I be sure that your company is just not saying that to protect your image. Also you say the account is closed, so what happens to my money now? I paid for something I never signed for. I want my money back!!!!
