Vodacom Fourways Mall.
On the 2nd of April I went to Vodacom Fourways to upgrade one of my contracts. I opted for the IPhone X and Smart Watch. I was promised that I can collect and receive the IPhone X on the Wednesday (3rd of April) and the Smart Watch the Thursday (4th of April).
The following day (Wednesday) I received a call from the shop saying they don't have the phone, this was the first promise broken.
I then got a call on the Thursday to say the IPhone X is there, I received the phone but they now they didn't have the Smart Watch, second promise broken.
A week later, they still don't have the watch. I called Cresta and they said they have the IPhone X and Smart Watch, Vodacom Fourways said they can't cancel the contract or move it to Cresta.
Another week went by and still nothing. This is now more than 2 week later than what was originally promised. The consultant at the shop (Hilton) doesn't have a very positive attitude. From telling he is sick and can't talk to making promises and not doing anything regarding them.
I spoke to the manager multiple times (Alistair), he did exactly the same, make promises and did nothing about it.
In total I have over R4000 worth of contracts on my name and this is the service Vodacom provides me. I have asked them to remove the Watch from my name and contract since I'll be paying for something I don't have in the next few days (Today is the 25th) and they simply say they cannot since the contract was activated.
I don't need a reply here saying you'll get to bottom of this or empty promises. I will not be doing business with Vodacom again, other network operators is willing to provide me with a better service.
