Vodacom found to be *********
Vodacom has shown itself to be deceiving and *********. They tried to dupe my next door neighbour, a 90 year women who is partially blind to take a computer in view of "faithful service". No strings attached. No extra payments they said. She insisted she was unable to use the computer. They sent it anyway. In returning the computer we discovered that they had increased her monthly account from R 180 to R450. Such deception is unbelievable.

04 Oct 2022, 16:05I was contacted on the 2nd October. But your agent was not able to answer my questions about how Vodacom intends to stop the *******ion within its ranks. She said a person from the right department will phone me. This has NOT happened. I still remain deeply disturbed by the ********* behaviour at Vodacom. PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY
