Vodacom forest hill lost in the woods

On Sunday 21 May, I took my Xperia in to Vodacom at Forest Hill for a software repair. 2 hours later I was told that my phones software could not be repaired. My husband then decided to take out a contract for me - an Xperia XA. I was told that I would have to come in on Monday 22 May as I could not port my number during the weekend. On Monday 22 May I went in and was told that I need to go back on Tuesday 23 May because I could not receive my handset until my number had been ported. I finally received the handset. During the time I used the handset the batter life was terrible - it didn't even last me half a day after being advertised that it has "up to 2 days battery life" and the speaker was faulty. So o took the phone back to Vodacom and was told that it would take 7-10 working days to come back from the assessment centre. I was also told that I could not get a loan phone. I then tried to repair my software myself and succeeded!! Then I needed to buy a SIM adaptor seeing as my Xperia C takes a microsim and the Xperia XA a nanosim. Furthermore, my caller ID, minutes and sms balance were not activated for 7 days!! Now my caller ID has been activated but I still can't view my minutes and sms balance. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with Vodacom and their pathetic service. I am very tempted to cancel my contract and go to my previous service provider.
