Vodacom Forensics

My account was upgrade and another opened under my main account. Got my affidavit done and received my ref number and seriously a fax number to fax my documents to. Surprise surprise, fax number doesn't work as there is no answer. <br> <br> You will think that since they are the Forensic department they will request you to e-mail the doc's. <br> How do they open an account and upgrade my current contract in the shop without a green ID??? and it's in two different Towns. I live in Germiston and this was done in Centurion. Doesn't this also ring any bells that this is *****? But they still continue to assist this person. How is all the security check done to ensure the person standing there is the contract holder. Can't they phone you to ensure that it's the real person doing the upgrade?<br> <br> Now I can't use my Sim cause it's block. Please have a look at the fax number which was supp**** to fax doc's to as it's old school and clearly not working. ***. The call centre can't transfer you to the Forensics department as they don't have a direct line and they can't give you a number to phone to talk directly to them.
