Vodacom forcing you against your Will
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...
I had a 3 year contract with Vodacom . During the contract I had no problems . My contract ended on the 27 of May 2024. I dont want to upgrade and I just want to change my number to prepaid .
I phoned the customer care line today where I informed the cancelations dept that nou that my contract is come to a close ,I would like to switch it over to prepaid. The customer care agent that spoke to me I cant switch to prepaid . I will be forced to pay a subscription for 2 more months before it will be switch .
So in effect Vodacom is forcing me to pay for a service that I no longer want or are obligated to pay for seeing that my contract has reached its end already more than a month ago ..
I told the call agent as much and she decided to slam the phone in my ear. I phonded back and spoke to wanbi . I asked to speak to a manager . They said Antonio is on the phone but would give me a call back asap . That was this morning at 10:36am . Up to now nobody has phoned me back to sort out my concern
This is the manner that vodacom deals with their customers .. They force you and basically ***** your money .
