Vodacom forcing me to a R2000 package.

I have been with vodacom for more than 10 years, one of my contracts came up for an upgrade 3 months ago, I never upgraded as I didn't find a phone I was intrested in.

Skip to yesterday and decided that the Note 10+ is the pgone I will get on their topup 375, I tried upgrading online, instantlt approved as always, however took me through the steps and on the last step, they send the OTP to a number that is not mine. I tried this numerous times.

I then decided to call their online sales department, after a couple of seconds they tell me I do not qualify for the 800 package, but I do for the 2000+ package due to low scoring.

Please firstly explain to me, how my scoring is "low", and secondly, if so, why can't I take the cheaper option, but the one almost 3 times more expensive?

This is feels to me like I am being forced a package I do not need, and for that reason I will be ending ties with vodacom, this is ******** to say the least.

After replying to emails, and following up daily. It seems that I have been ignored all together with no explanation of what's going on.

The only thing left to do is sever the ties I have with vodacom.
