Vodacom forcing contract

This is my second post about the same problem. On 9 September I received a new Hisense phone from Vodacom as upgrade. Not happy with the phone which allows only one Simcard, I phoned Vodacom on 9 September and asked them to fetch their phone. After many attempts via phone and their Facebook page, I got a few promises and still no action. The smooth-talking person who offered me the contract, is a Mr Jason at Vodacom Direct. It is impossible to contact him via telephone. Vodacom is quick to charge for their services, but hopelessly slow to act. I see that Vodacom uses this tactic to force me into a contract that does not suit my needs.

MY ADVICE TO READERS: Avoid using Vodacom- especially :Vodacom Direct", who makes promises without intending to keep it.

Thank you for this automatic reply. This is exactly the same reply that I received the previous time. Probably I will get the same (no) results. Thanks for this, Vodacom
