Vodacom forcefully extended my contract from 24 to 30 months. Never sign with them!

Outraging! Don't trust Vodacom about duration of you contract, They won't let out according to their new rules online. Your 24 months contract will turn you a lifetime contract which Vodacom will FORCE on you and won't let you out! On 10 June 2020 I signed 24 months contract with Vodacom and after 24 months, in the end of June I decided not to renew it. But to my total surprise, Vodacom forcefully added 6 months to my 24 months contract and REJECTED my request to stop contract after 24 months. Will attach all my proof and reference number at the time of I signed contract. Disgusting. Never again with Vodacom in my life. The moment you sign with them, they won't let you stop, they will punish you for being their loyal customer for many years. On top of this I've been told that now they implement 'punishment measures' to anyone who been in arrears even if only once, during contract - if you happen to underpay at any time during contract they won't allow you to stop contract after legal expiration date, they can add 6 months again and again. Don't deal with them, you can end paying fine and being punished forever. Your 24 months contract can turned endless and you will regret till the end of your life you ever went to their office!
