Vodacom forced contract

I bought my daughter a phone on contract from Vodacom which I always renew. Vodacom contacted me offering me uchoose more data 4 gig data after they have "seen" that I was using more data according to the lady that called me. I specifically told the lady that there won't be any need as I have wifi at home. Without my permission Vodacom is giving my daughter this 4gig every month and I'm paying R520.87 for it, just imagine. I have been trying to cancel it so many times, sent out emails but nothing is happening. This made me hate receiving sales calls. My daughters contract came to an end in March and I'm still stuck with this thing. Just imagine paying R520 for 4 gig..... Vodacom sucks.

No, it doesn't rain it pours at vodacom. I received a call subsequent to my previous mail and was advised on what to do and I did exactly that, which was to renew the contract as it has expired. Guess what, Vodacom went and renewed a number I haven't used in ages. Instead of fixing the current problem they went and built a mountain of problems for me.
