Vodacom for you????

What a *********** and non care service provider! I've been with for many years and thought they are the best of the best, but as the year's go on, the more useless it became. We live in a rural area, Leeupoort Vakansiedorp in Limpopo, and dependent on trustworthy service, but the service and customer service are very poor. That is not al that is wrong. I on 4th September 2025 tried to do a online upgrade. I think it is easier to do online shopping in China. Everytime you try to talk to someone about the process, they transfer you to another consultant, and then again you have to repeat all your info. What a process without any success. I cancelled the upgrade and hope they do the right thing and CANCELLED the upgrade.J. C van Rooyen
