VODACOM FOLLOW UP.
ticket nr:EC1 EN4-2DOV6R. Vodacom promised that they would attend to my complaint, They proceeded to close the complaint , and no 1 called me, Unless VODACOM has now realized that we are not at fault and that they are in the wrong so the proceeded to close. I will take it as such that they closed on going through the history and realized they wrong.
